50-word Essay: Three things I need to improve in my communication skills

I find that my communication skills are fairly decent. However, I get very nervous when speaking in front of a crowd. The three biggest issues with that are stuttering, fidgeting with my hair and losing my train of thought. Once I master these, I can speaking fluently and get my point across effectively.

Working in a small group has it's pros, however cons linger around. One of the problems would be the possibility of conflict between members. This causes arguments and reduces productivity. Listening to each other's opinions and problem solving is important because it strengthens relationships and gets the group back on track.
